Edmonton Skin Aesthetics specializes in skincare treatments

The following policies are intended to make a pleasant place for our clients.

Appointment Confirmation:

Once you book your appointment on our website, your appointment will be confirmed via email 1 week prior and text message 24 hours before your appointment. We ask that you respond to this confirmation text ‘Y’ to confirm you plan to attend. We cannot guarantee your booking if you do not confirm your appointment. Please note that this is an automated text system monitored seven days per week, but we cannot receive phone calls on this number.

Cancellation Notice:

I kindly request that you notify me of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. By providing me with sufficient advance notice, I can offer the time slot to other valued clients.

Running Late:

Punctuality is essential to maintain my commitment to quality and respect for all my clients. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in its cancellation and deposit will be kept with no refund. This policy ensures that each client receives the full duration of their service and maintains the smooth functioning of my studio schedule.

We accept cash, credit, and E-Transfer.
